Get active this winter and take-up skiing or snowboarding at Table Mountain. Discover lessons are the best way to start sliding on the snow. An all-inclusive package with lift tickets, lesson, and rentals for one price! - Beginners

Ages: Ski 6+ and Snowboard 8+
This lesson is a basic beginner lesson:

·                    Learn the basic progression to safely navigate your way down the slopes

·                    A good way to shake off the cobwebs

·                    Starting on the Bunny hill

KIDS & PARENTS SKIING PROGRAM

PARENTS & TOTS - Kids & Parents Ski Program
3 - 5 Years of Age
Practice stopping and sliding with your little ones. A program for moms and dads to join their kids on the snow. Weekend and holiday options

·        Moms or dads can join their little ones for their first ski lessons (Note: one parent must accompany each tot and must be an experienced skier as they will be assisting their child throughout the lesson)

·         Practice stopping, turning and learn the best strategies for skiing with your kids

SKI BUNNIES - Kids Skiing Program

3- 5 Years of Age
For the independent little skier, ready for a group lesson without mom or dad. Develop stopping and turning skills through fun and games. Weekend and holiday options. (Child should be able to ski down bunny hill on their own.)

·                    Focus on mobility, balance and stopping skills;

·                    Fun is key - lots of creative games and snow play;

FIVE WEEK KIDS CAMP - Kids Skiing & Snowboarding Program

            A five week program for Ages 6-15 ski & 8-15 snowboard. This program is for kids that already know how to ride or have been through level 1 & 2 kids camp:

·                    Develop confidence, mobility and stability;

·                    Enhance your skills and make new friends;

·                    Explore new terrain and take a new challenge;

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM

Ages 14+ Skiing & Snowboarding

Intermediate to advanced, for ages 14+ skiing or snowboarding:

·                    Train to become an instructor and share your passion for the sport;

·                    Prepare for the CSIA and/or CASI level I standards;

·                    Excellent chance for ride improvement;
